Beatriz Caiuby Labate has a Ph.D. in social anthropology from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. Her main areas of interest are the study of psychoactive substances, drug policy, shamanism, ritual, and religion. Brandon Garofano has spent the better part of his life, finding balance in his health. Playing competitive sports extensively in his youth, he later found himself abusing steroids in his early to mid twenties. Mandy Zwicker and Cheyenne are a mother, daughter speaker team. Mandys daughter Cheyanne was diagnosed with neuroblastoma cancer.
